- How do I place an order online?
- Each product page allows you to add that product to your Shopping Bag by simply entering a quantity and/or size and then clicking the Add to Shopping Bag button. Then you have the option of checking out or continuing to shop. The Checkout pages will walk you through the process step-by-step as you enter your payment information and any special instructions. Checkout uses our secure server so your transaction information is safe.Back to top.
- How do I find what I'm looking for?
- You can use the Search box located in the upper left corner of the screen to quickly find products. Alternatively, the products are sorted by categories. You can view all products within a category by selecting its tab at the top of the screen.Back to top.
- How do I place an order using my B.O.B. Award Bucks?
- You can use your B.O.B. Award Bucks by entering the number of Award Certificates you are redeeming during checkout. You will need to send your B.O.B. Award Bucks with a printout of your order to Customer Service. Back to top.
- What is the Commerce Store eFlyer?
- The Commerce Store eFlyer is an electronic flyer e-mailed periodically that offers creative and unique promotional products. Often these products are targeted for seasonal promotions or specific bank customers.Back to top.
- How do I unsubscribe from the Commerce Store eFlyer?
- E-mail
and type “unsubscribe”. You will be removed from the mailing list. Additionally, each eFlyer has a link to unsubscribe.Back to top.

Payment Options
- The Commerce Store accepts personal checks and credit cards (Visa® and MasterCard®) for all personal orders. Business orders may be paid by Purchasing Cards and approved Purchase Orders. Please note orders paid by check do not ship until the check is received. Back to top.
Sales Tax
- Shipments to the state of Missouri are assessed sales tax, currently 7.35% of the merchandise order total, excluding shipping and handling. Shipments outside of Missouri are not subject to sales tax. Back to top.
Shipping & Handling
- What is the standard delivery method?
- Orders placed standard delivery are shipped via UPS Ground. If you require expedited shipping, please contact Customer Service. Back to top.
- How much will shipping cost?
- Shipping is calculated based on the order subtotal. Shipping costs are not factored in when calculating sales tax for orders shipping to Missouri addresses. Please see below for more information.

- How long will it take to receive my order?
- Orders are generally packaged and shipped within 24 – 48 hours after the order is received by the Commerce Store. Shipping times using UPS Ground are shown in the map below:

- I need my order as fast as possible!
- If your order is a rush, please call Customer Service. If you are in the Kansas City area, you can also pick up your order from the warehouse. All pick-up orders will be charged a $3.00 handling charge (regardless of the value of the order). Back to top.
Order Confirmation
- Will I receive an order confirmation?
- Yes! Once your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail with your Order ID number and the details of your order. Please retain this e-mail until you receive your order. Back to top.

- Can I check the status of my order?
- Yes! To check the status of your order, please contact Customer Service. Back to top.
Policies
- What is your return policy?
- Current program merchandise can be exchanged or returned for full credit if returned within 30 days after purchase. The merchandise must be in the original packaging, never worn or used. Merchandise purchased on sale is non-returnable. Shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer, unless product is defective or was shipped in error. Please note you must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number before returning product, to reduce any delay in the exchange/return process. Back to top.

Technical Help
- I am having problems placing my order online.
- The Commerce Store uses browser cookies to keep track of your order while you shop. If your browser is set to not accept cookies you will need to enable that feature to place your order online. For more information click here.
